Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival** $40.00 / daily and must request for a minimum of 4 nights. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. 1. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - one roll of paper towel, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, trash bin bags for each can, hand soap, shampoo, and one toilet roll per bathroom. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started.
