Can I bring my service animal?

As long as you have current paperwork on your furry friend your ESA animal is allowed. Please email us your paperwork info@loverentals.com so we can file it in your guest record.

Can I bring my pet with me?

If you would like to bring your dog (no cats allowed) it depends on the property rules. Please give us a call at 407-414-2693 or email us at info@loverentals.com to see if your dog is allowed and what the associated pet fee is.

Will my balance for my rental automatically be charged?

Yes, your balance will be charged to your card on file on your balance due date. We will send you an email reminder 3 days prior to your balance being due so you can contact us at that time if you would like to use a different credit card for payment.

When are my check in documents being sent?

Your check in details are emailed to you 3 days prior to arrival.

If I have a problem while in my vacation rental who do I call?

Your check in instructions have the email address and phone number to the onsite property manager. Please reach out to them first for immediate assistance.

What is the check-out process?

Upon check out please wash all dishes (if applicable), take out excess garbage and put the key back in the lockbox (if applicable).

Do you offer Travel insurance?

Yes, we offer Travel Insurance through CSA. The cost of the insurance is 6.95% of your total reservation cost. Please give us a call at 407-414-2693 to see the available coverage for your vacation.

Can I add pool heat?

Yes, give us a call at 407-490-8164 to see if pool heat is available for your stay and the associated cost. Please note that pools only heat 10-15 degrees above the ambient temperatures.

Can we check in early/out late?

We try to accommodate early check ins/late check outs whenever possible. It all depends on the availability of the cleaners for that day. You can reach out to us the day prior and we can let you know at that time.
