The space opens to a private balcony with pool view. This vacation home offers two masters both with ensuite bath as well as laundry room, WIFI, and Free calls. There are elevators in all buildings. Located in the resort community of Bella Piazza, this lovely condo offers guests access to incredible amenities including 2 Resort pools, spa, kids’ pool, clubhouse, game room, fitness center, business center, plus outdoor kitchen area equipped with grills. Bella Piazza resort is ideally located for easy access to all the family fun of Orlando and the surrounding area. The community is on Highway 27, minutes from Highway 192. Right beside the Berry Town Center where visitors will find a supermarket, shops, restaurants, and golf. Walt Disney World (9 miles), SeaWorld Adventure Park (20 miles), and Universal Orlando (23 miles) are within easy reach, as are other Central Florida attractions like Busch Gardens Tampa (61 miles), Cocoa Beach (76 miles) and Clearwater Beach (85 miles). Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Pool Policy: This property has full access to community pool(s) and hot tubs. Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
