Property is accessible via stairs. There is no elevator. NO SMOKING of any kind, including vaping, in or outside of this property. Our properties are stocked with many of the comforts of home, including linens and kitchen essentials. Upon arriving for your stay, you will find your rental property has been stocked with a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, body soap and shampoo. These items are a starter supply to get you through your first 24 hours, so you will need to pick up additional supplies to get you through the remainder of your stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and the like are not provided, but past guests may leave them behind - we don't guarantee these items. Check-in is 4pm EST and Check-out is 10am EST (there are no early check-ins or late check-outs). Check-in/arrival instructions will be emailed to the booking guest 48 to 12 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.
