It is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. The luxury villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen, large living room, stunning tropical views and a community clubhouse with a fitness center and resort-style pool. There is a master suite with a king bed and a flat screen television, a master bath with a walk-in dual head shower, double sinks and a separate soaking tub. The second master suite features another king bed, flat screen tv and a walk in dual head shower in its bathroom. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds with access to the hall bathroom. The kitchen has granite countertops, upscale appliances and a dining room that seats eight people comfortably with four additional bar stools at the kitchen island. The living room has space for the entire family and boasts a large flat screen television. As stated, there is a private lanai which has a glass wall that expands the living room and provides outdoor dining space. There is a front loading washer and dryer. Also, there is a community space by the pool with grills and a fitness center with top of the line equipment. You'll have access to the community pool, hot tub, and grill.
