Located in one of Orlando’s most sought-after resort communities, this 7-bedroom, 5-bathroom home is designed to provide families and groups with a resort-style experience and all the comforts of home.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast island perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. A spacious formal dining area offers the ideal setting for family dinners after a day of adventure.

Each bedroom has been uniquely designed for comfort and charm. On the first floor, unwind in the king master suite or let the kids explore their imaginations in the Mickey Magic room with two queen beds. Upstairs, the fun continues with a Minions room, Mickey-themed twin room, and a cozy camping-themed suite, each with playful details and vibrant décor.

Entertainment is endless at Sommer Villa. Challenge your friends in the Star Wars–themed games room, complete with a basketball arcade, pool table, air hockey, and table football. Or step outside to your private screened-in pool, surrounded by sun loungers and patio furniture, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine in total privacy.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.

• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
