Welcome to The Retreat Villa at Serenity Resort—a stylish and spacious 3-bedroom, 3- bathroom townhouse designed for comfort and relaxation. With over 2,100 sq. ft. of modern living space, this two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area that seats six. The open layout flows into a cozy living room with a TV and sliding doors that lead to your private screened-in pool with shaded patio seating. This home sleeps up to six guests, with a king master suite upstairs that includes a private balcony and en-suite bath, a twin bedroom, and a queen bedroom on the first floor. All bedrooms have their own TVs and plenty of storage.The home also includes free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, plus convenient extras like hair dryers and ironing essentials. Set in the peaceful, nature-filled Serenity Resort, The Retreat Villa offers access to resort-style amenities such as a pool, hot tub, fitness center, and game room. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather. ● GRILL: Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill.
