With over 2,100 sq. ft. of stylish living space, this two-story home features an open-concept kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area that seats six. After a day at the parks, unwind in the cozy living room or step outside to your private screened-in splash pool with a seating bench, bubbles, loungers, and outdoor dining space. This home comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with a king master suite and private balcony upstairs, a twin bedroom, and a queen bedroom on the main floor—all with TVs and plenty of storage. You’ll also enjoy free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer. Located in the quiet, nature-filled Serenity Resort, you’ll have access to a clubhouse with a resort-style pool, fitness center, game room, hot tub, and more. It’s the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather. ● GRILL: Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill.
