Welcome to The Serenity Villa—a modern and cozy 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome perfect for your Orlando vacation. This spacious two-story home features a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar, plus a dining area for six and a comfy living room with a leather sofa and TV. Step outside to enjoy your private screened-in splash pool with a seating bench, loungers, and outdoor dining space. The home sleeps up to six guests with a king master suite and private balcony, a full over twin bunk bedroom upstairs, and a queen bedroom on the main floor, all with their own TVs and plenty of storage. The Serenity Villa has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled stay. Bedrooms: ● Master Suite #1 - King (Second Floor) ● Bedroom #2 - Queen (First Floor) ● Bedroom #3 - Twin over Full Bunkbed (Second Floor) General: ● Sleeps 6 ● Fully equipped kitchen ● Dining table seats 6 ● Private pool ● Outdoor Seating area ● Sun Loungers ● Close to Clubhouse Rental Policies: ● Check in: 4:00PM / Check out: 10:00AM ● Early & Late Check-in/out: ● No smoking / No pets ● POOL HEAT: Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather. ● GRILL: Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. ● *PLEASE, NOTE THAT WE DO NOT OFFER GAME CONSOLES IN OUR PROPERTIES*
