Pool & Spa Heat

• Available for $35 per day (plus tax)
• 5-day minimum
• Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
• The spa is not a standalone hot tub—it heats to the same temperature as the pool (up to 90°F)
• The pool heater uses a heat exchange system, which does not operate when outdoor temps fall below 50°F
• No refunds will be given for temperature-related limitations in cold weather

Grill Use

• Some homes may feature grills in photos; use is not guaranteed
• Guests may use available grills if unlocked
• Guests are responsible for cleaning grills after use
• $50 fee applies if left uncleaned
• Guests must replenish propane if needed
• Locked grills are for owner use only
• Rental grills are available upon request
