A formal dining table with seating for eight makes mealtimes a breeze. With six beautifully designed bedrooms—including a king suite on the first floor, multiple queen suites upstairs, and fun custom-designed kids’ rooms—this villa accommodates up to 12 guests with ease. A loft area offers extra relaxation space, perfect for family movie nights or quiet downtime.
Entertainment and outdoor living are at the heart of Solara Springs Villa. Inside, a basketball themed game room offers air hockey, table football, and mini basketball for hours of fun. Outside, enjoy your private screened-in pool and spa, complete with sun loungers and a dining table for six—ideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine or dining al fresco under the stars. With Solara Resort’s world-class amenities at your doorstep, including a clubhouse, fitness center, and community pool, this villa is the perfect place to create lasting memories.

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.
● GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
