Rental Policies

• Early/late check-in or check-out: Subject to approval and availability
• No smoking
• No pets allowed

Pool Heat Policy

• Pool heating is available for $35/day plus tax
• Minimum of 5 consecutive days, and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
• Please note:
o Spa is not a hot tub—it does not include jets and heats to the same temperature as the pool (max 90°F)
o Heating system operates via heat exchange and does not function in temperatures below 50°F
o No refunds will be provided if water does not reach desired temperature during cold weather

Grill Use Policy

• Homes may be pictured with a gas grill; however, grill use is not guaranteed unless rented in advance
• Guests may use an unlocked grill at their own discretion
• Guests are responsible for:
o Cleaning the grill after use
o Refilling propane as needed (exchange stations available locally)
• A $50 cleaning fee will be applied if grill is left uncleaned
• If grill is locked, it is for homeowner use only
• Grill rental available upon request
