Please note: The spa is not a hot tub — it shares the same temperature as the pool and does not have jets.

Rental Policies:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• Early or late check-in/out requests must be approved in advance

Optional Add-Ons & Important Notes:

Pool Heat:
• Available for $35/day + tax
• Minimum of 5 days, must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
• Spa is not a hot tub — it will heat to the same temperature as the pool (max 90°F)
• Heat system does not function below 50°F
• No refunds will be issued if water temperature is affected by cold weather

Grill Use:
• If a gas grill is present and unlocked, guests may use it
• Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill and replenishing propane
• $50 fee will apply if grill is left unclean
• Propane refills available at local retailers
• If grill is locked, it is for homeowner use only
• Guests may request a rental grill for an additional fee
