Welcome to Champions Villa, a luxurious 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom vacation home nestled in the prestigious Champions Gate community, just minutes from Walt Disney World and Orlando’s top attractions. Perfect for families and groups, this villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, blending modern comfort with playful, themed touches for younger guests. The villa features three elegant king suites, each with a private en suite bathroom and plush seating. One king suite is conveniently located on the main floor, doubling as the pool bath for easy access. Children will delight in the Emoji-themed twin room with its own en suite and the “Finding Nemo” bunk room featuring a twin over full bed, adding a fun touch to your stay. The open-concept main living area offers a spacious sectional, accent chairs, and TV, flowing seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and a breakfast bar for 4 . A formal dining table for eight overlooks the screened-in private pool deck, where guests can lounge in the sun, enjoy al fresco dining, or relax with the outdoor TV from the shaded sitting area. Upstairs, a loft with a sectional and TV provides a cozy spot for movie nights or quiet downtime. With all this vacation home has to offer and access to resort-style amenities, Champions Villa is the ultimate Central Florida getaway. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather. • GRILL: Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill.
