Rental Policies

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: 4:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability

Pool Heat Policy

• Pool heat is available for $35 per day (plus tax)
• Minimum 3-day request
• Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
• The attached spa is not a traditional hot tub and heats to the same temperature as the pool (approximately 90°F)
• Pool heating systems do not operate when outdoor temperatures are below 50°F
• No refunds will be issued for heating limitations due to weather

Grill Policy

• Some properties may display grills in listing photos, but availability is not guaranteed
• If a grill is present and unlocked, it may be used by guests
• Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use
• A $50 fee applies if grills are left uncleaned
• Guests are responsible for replacing or refilling propane tanks if needed
• If the grill is locked, it is not available for guest use
• Rental grills are available upon request
