Rental Information & Policies

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out: Not guaranteed; available upon request for a fee
• No smoking / No pets allowed

Pool Heat:

Available for $35 per day (plus tax), with a 5-day minimum. Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note:

• Spa is not a hot tub; it heats to the same temperature as the pool (max 90°F)
• Heating system does not operate in temperatures below 50°F
• No refunds will be given if pool does not reach temperature in cold weather

Grill Use:

Some homes may be shown with BBQ grills. If you wish to use a grill:

• Guests are responsible for cleaning and refueling the propane tank
• A $50 cleaning fee applies if grills are left unclean
• If the grill is locked, it is not available for guest use
• Rental grills can be arranged upon request
