When you're ready for something for the kids, enjoy a round of mini-golf or head over to Sun Splash Family Water Park. Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island are about 16 miles away for guests looking for a sandy beach experience and shelling.

This grand home has plenty of room for your entire group to enjoy, especially if you're looking to relax poolside. The sprawling pool (and hot tub) are complemented by a gorgeous wide deck. Grill with a view of the canal, or just enjoy the view underneath the two-story lanai. Guests looking to bring their boat will love this home's incredible boat access - feel free to tie up on the boat dock! ​Inside, guests can cook up delicious meals in a luxurious kitchen outfitted with a French door refrigerator, double oven, and special prep island with an extra sink. The home's private office is perfect for remote work or schooling. You'll have your pick of places to relax throughout this breezy home.

The bedrooms of this home are all spread out, so you'll have your pick of great views. Turn right while in the downstairs living room to find the first bedroom, all set up with a private pool deck entrance and an en suite bathroom that features double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. Climb the stairs and turn right to reach the home's luxurious second bedroom. In addition to a gorgeous multi-window view of the canal, this room features an en suite bathroom with double sinks, a shower/tub combination, and a hallway entrance. Head down the catwalk-style hallway and turn right to reach the home's main bedroom - you'll be thrilled with this room's gorgeous private furnished balcony, extra seating, and spacious en suite bathroom with two vanities, jetted tub, and stone stand alone shower. The fourth bedroom is set up for guests that want to bunk together - in addition to two beds, this room has a two-window view of the front yard. The fifth and final bedroom is ideal for younger guests. Every bedroom includes a ceiling fan in addition to home-wide central air conditioning.

Beach towels and six adult bikes are available for guest use. There are also age-appropriate games for the younger guests.

Pool heat is available for $25/day or at a reduced monthly rate but is only needed October through May.
Commercial vehicles and boat trailers are not allowed to park overnight per city rule.

The dock is available for guests to tie up a boat (the lift is not available for guest use). The dock can fit up to a 50 ft boat. Ropes or equipment are not available for guest use. The water depth in the canal is 10 feet deep - swimming is not recommended due to canal width.

1 dog, weighing 30lbs or less, is welcome in this home for a fee of $150.

Garage is not available.
