Creekside Cabin - Golf and Snow Skiing Access

Golf Club and Hatley Pointe Snow Skiing and Restaurant/Bar access available at this cabin. Quiet, privacy, a large yard, a chattering creek and a small fishing pond are just a few of the amenities you will enjoy when staying at this beautiful home! This house sits on the backside of 4.11 acres way off the road. There is a firepit right beside the creek and a small fishing pond which your children will love! This cozy and quiet home has three bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 2 with queen beds, and then has an additional single bed in its own space. The main king bedroom has it's own bathroom with a stand-up shower and the downstairs two queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub shower. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, new dishwasher and disposal, along with all of the equipment you will need to cook meals for your family. You can use the gas grill on the upper porch which is very roomy with comfortable furniture for relaxation. The living room has a 55" TV and propane log fireplace so you can stream your favorite shows while warming up by the fire after a day of snow skiing which is minutes from this cabin. Head downstairs and you will find a living area with another TV and propane gas fireplace, screened in porch that offers easy access to the yard and outdoor activities. For those times when you do not want to cook, you can head up to the Smoke and Timber Restaurant which is upstairs at the ski lodge or enjoy the country club as the owners have a full membership to the Wolf Laurel Country Club for dining and GOLF. This cabin has a mini-split on each floor to provide plenty of heat in the winter and A/C in the summer, and also a Generac generator which keeps the power running in case of an outage. This is a good one!

During winter conditions, a 4WD vehicle is highly recommended. BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED.
