This location in the Winkler Road corridor offers convenient access to Downtown Fort Myers, shopping, dining, world-class golfing and Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Three bedrooms feature 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds to accommodate 6 guests. The lush backyard features a heatable pool, a TV, and a BBQ so you can dine al fresco or float your days away with a cool beverage in hand. Or hang out at the community pool at the community center adjacent to the lake. Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 30 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. **The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
