Welcome to this fully renovated home conveniently located in the desirable Wellington Lakes community of south Fort Myers. This location in the Winkler Road corridor offers convenient access to Downtown Fort Myers, shopping, dining, world-class golfing and Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. The stylish interior is well equipped and offers all of the comforts of home. Cozy up on the sectional to stream your favorite TV shows or relax in the soaking tub in the master bath. Three bedrooms feature 1 King bed and 2 Queen beds to accommodate 6 guests. The lush backyard features a heatable pool, a TV, and a BBQ so you can dine al fresco or float your days away with a cool beverage in hand. Or hang out at the community pool at the community center adjacent to the lake.

Please note - prior to booking there is 30 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

**The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
