This charming cozy coastal 3 bed/2 bath one story villa spans 1317 sq ft offering ample space for a comfortable stay. Bedrooms feature a Queen bed, two Twin beds, and a Full sized hideaway bed in the office. The living room sofa also converts into a Full sized bed. Province Park boasts numerous amenities including clubhouse, heated swimming pool, pickleball and tennis courts and easy access to a public golf course. Its central location provides convenient access to shopping, dining and the interstate making it easy to explore the surrounding areas such as Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Guests will enjoy the spacious layout with an oversized lanai that leads out to walking paths meandering through nature. Enjoy a secure environment with plenty to do - perfect for unwinding and relishing the best of Fort Myers! Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 30 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. **The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
