CLEANING & SANITIZATION The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process before each check-in. Clean linen and towels will be available according to house capacity. Cleaning services during the stay can be requested for a fee. POOL HEAT & SPA Pool and Spa Heat is an option service for a fee. The cost is U$ 35 per day with a minimum of 3 days’ service. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and the temperature will not exceed 95F The attached spa will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Pool and Spa will have the same temperature The pool heater works with heat exchange and will not work if the weather is very cold. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to issue a refund. If the pump overheats, the system will automatically shut down until the pump can regain its functionality NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. PACKAGES & ONLINE PURCHASES Post Office (USPS) does not recognize vacation homes as residential addresses and if an online seller uses USPS for the deliveries, that package will be returned to the sender. FedEx, UPS, DHL, and Amazon deliver to the house address. Please note that we are not responsible for any deliveries or unexpected issues with online orders. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding.
