Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home also comes with the following: High-Speed Wi-Fi Self Check-In (Keypad) Air Conditioning Heating Iron Washer/Dryer Free Parking Other things to note POOL & SPA HEAT Pool and Spa Heat is an optional service for a fee. The cost is U$ 35 per day with a minimum of 3 days’ service. It must be requested 48 hours in advance and the temperature will not exceed 95F. The attached spa does not have jets and will only be heated if the entire pool is heated. Pool and SPA will have the same temperature The pool heater works with heat exchange and will not work if the weather is very cold. If you opt to heat the pool during cold weather conditions and the desired temperature is not reached, we will not be able to issue a refund. If the pump overheats the system will automatically shut down until the pump can regain its functionality. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them. NO SMOKING INSIDE Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We ask that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Thank you very much for your understanding.
