The master opens up to the lanai and has a double sink vanity and rain shower head. Cozy up on the couch in the spacious open concept living area with large screen TV. Bedroom Layout: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - sleeps 6 Bedroom 1: One King Bedroom (2 guests) Bedroom 2: One Queen Bedroom (2 guests) Bedroom 3: One Queen Bedroom (2 guests) Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 35 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. **The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
