Pet Policy: Our property welcomes 1 to 2 pets, each weighing up to 50 pounds. For any specific restrictions or inquiries, please contact us directly. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and advance notice is required. Pet owners are responsible for their pets throughout the stay. Please note, if pets are brought without prior notification to LoveRentals, an additional non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged. Be sure to inform us about your pets before booking your reservation to avoid unexpected charges. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. **The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
