Patio refrigerators are perfect for storing cold beverages while you lounge in the heatable pool and spa or grill in the screened-in lanai. Plenty of beach gear is provided for your trip to Sanibel Island or Fort Myers Beach. Hop on the 2 bikes and take a spin into downtown or cozy up in front of one of the 5 TVs to stream your favorite series. Or pop into the garage for a round of ping-pong. You will never run out of things to do!

Please note - prior to booking there is 30 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: Our property welcomes 1 to 2 pets, each weighing up to 50 pounds. For any specific restrictions or inquiries, please contact us directly. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, and advance notice is required. Pet owners are responsible for their pets throughout the stay. Please note, if pets are brought without prior notification to LoveRentals, an additional non-refundable fee of $500 per pet will be charged. Be sure to inform us about your pets before booking your reservation to avoid unexpected charges.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

**The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
