Moor your boat along the dock on the gulf access canal or simply watch the wildlife cruise by. Enjoy the screened in lanai with ample seating for all including a firepit table and outdoor refrigerator to keep your beverages within reach! Float in the heatable pool with an icy drink in hand while dinner cooks on the BBQ. Soak in the large tub in the master bath or cozy up on the couch to stream your favorite shows or read a book. Search for shells on nearby Sanibel Island or Fort Myers beach or walk the downtown historic district of Fort Myers.This house is located in the SW of Cape Coral making it close to shopping, dining, and the nightlife of downtown Cape. Relax your days away at Flamingo Villa! Pool heat is $25/day or at a reduced rate for stays longer than 30 days.

Please note - prior to booking there is 30 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee.

**The private pool can be heated for an additional daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection.
