Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. **Please note this property offers an outdoor communal. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00 We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens.
