Tucked against the Great Smoky Mountains, this newly built cabin home is a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family exploring the trails, attractions or just each other’s company cooking, playing games, relaxing in the hot tub or snuggling up for a movie night on the cozy sofas watching the large screen TV. Wait, not ready for a movie? Well, then head to the loft for a game of Eight-Ball on the new pool table, or parents, show those teens what a real video game is like on the classic stand-up arcade. Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

**Please note this property offers an outdoor communal.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.

VERY IMPORTANT: No pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESA) allowed. Per federal law, only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. ADA pets must adhere to all federal guidelines.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
