Tucked against the Great Smoky Mountains, this newly built cabin home is a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family exploring the trails, attractions or just each other’s company cooking, playing games, relaxing in the hot tub or snuggling up for a movie night on the cozy sofas watching the large screen TV. Wait, not ready for a movie? Well, then head to the loft for a game of Eight-Ball on the new pool table, or parents, show those teens what a real video game is like on the classic stand-up arcade. CABIN FEATURES: * For your comfort, the cabin sleeps 8 people in beds * 2 bedroom suites each with their own bathroom * Bedroom 1 has a king-sized bed (sleeps 2) * Bedroom 2 features two queen-sized beds (sleeps 4) * Sleeping loft has 2 twin beds with a half bath (sleeps 2) * Linens / Towels Included (Pool towels not provided) * 2oz size soaps, shampoo and lotion provided in each bath * Family room with a gas fireplace (gas is turned on seasonally) * Fully equipped kitchen * Dining Area * Large front porch with rocking chairs (2) * Private screened in back porch with hot tub * High Speed Wi-Fi * Large Screen TV in the family room * TV in each bedroom and sleeping loft * Board game and Card game fun * DVD player with movies * Multi game Arcade Station * Pool table * Stacked washer/dryer RESORT AMENETIES: * Easy entry pool, waterfall, and grotto (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) * Tennis court (you will need to bring own equipment and balls) * Basketball court (basketball provided and located at the court) * Fitness center – located at the pool area * Walking trail around the resort * Propane grills located throughout the community for your use (private grills not permitted) * Communal fire pit * Onsite maintenance and housekeeping for emergency services Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. **Please note this property offers an outdoor communal. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00 We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. VERY IMPORTANT: No pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESA) allowed. Per federal law, only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. ADA pets must adhere to all federal guidelines.
