The home boasts of one wood burning fireplace in the living room and propane logs in the primary bedroom suite which is on the main floor. The bathroom attached to this main bedroom is very roomy with an easy-to-access shower. The two remaining bedrooms are upstairs. There are Smart TVs in each room and a fully equipped kitchen to meet all of your cooking/baking needs! Hatley Pointe Ski Resort is within walking distance of this cabin! Spend the days on the slopes and come back to your cabin, build a fire and put your feet up! With the owner being a member of the Village Amenities, you have access to the swimming pool, tennis courts, pickle ball and trout pond which all are within walking distance of the cabin. Spend your days with your feet up reading a book, hitting the slopes, hiking the Appalachian Trail, or drive to Asheville which is just a 30-minute drive. This cabin has had over twenty five star reviews in the last year! This would be the perfect rental for families visiting their college students at Mars Hill College as it is just 14 miles away from campus! Please note: We highly recommend that you drive an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle in case of inclement weather. Please read before booking: BEGINNING SPRING OF 2023, ALL RENTERS WANTING ACCESS TO DINING AT THE COUNTRY CLUB AND PLAYING GOLF WILL HAVE TO CONTACT WOLF MOUNTAIN REALTY TO REQUEST A FORM WHICH WILL BE COMPLETED BY THIS OFFICE AND FORWARDED TO THE CLUB. A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED. Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
