No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. **The private pool can be heated for an additional $25.00 daily fee and required for entire stay. Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival.
