The pool benefits from most day’s sunshine. The family room features a 50” flat screen TV with cable, surround sound, a DVD player and Xbox one. The villa boasts air conditioning throughout. The 2 living areas provide a place for the kids to hang out and the adults some quiet time in the formal lounge. The villa is located in an enviable position of Highlands Reserve, one of the most prestigious and highly sought after holiday and residential golf communities in the Orlando area. There is an on-site 18 hole championship golf course, free use of on-site tennis courts, and an additional large communal swimming pool. We aim to provide everything that you will need to have a perfect stay at a perfect Florida retreat, and ensure that all linens, towels, hairdryers etc are provided for your convenience. We are gifted with many local conveniences just a few minutes walk away, whether it be the Publix supermarket, bank, gas/petrol station, pizza, bars and restaurants. Wal-Mart is also just a few minutes drive up the road.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $30.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.
