This lovely vacation home is located in South Lake Tahoe and comes with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

This home has two wonderful living room spaces for your entire family to enjoy with plenty of comfortable seating options by the flat-screen TVs and propane fireplace.

The well thought out kitchen has an abundance of counter space, stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. There are 4 barstools around the counter and the home also has a table that seats 8 that is surrounded by windows that overlook the forest.

There are two bedrooms on the lower floor. One features a Cal King-sized bed while the other has a bunk bed with twin-sized bed on top and twin-sized bed on the bottom with an extra full bed. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king-sized bed and a flat screen tv. The master bedroom also has a desk area you can use. The master bath has a jetted tub to relax in after a day or exploring.

The laundry room is located on the lower level and has a full-sized washer and dryer available for your convenience.

Through a sliding glass door, guests will find sizable deck that offer amazing views!

Guests will love this home’s central location to all the wonderful year-round activities in the Lake Tahoe area. During the winter months, the Heavenly Ski Resort is just a short drive away. In the summer months, the South Shore of Lake Tahoe is available for picnics, swimming, boating, and biking. Year round, there are dozens of restaurants, retail shopping options, and casinos are all within a ten-minute drive.
This home is in a noise sensitive neighborhood, has noise monitors and has added security cameras on all sides of the exterior. Any events such as parties of any kind will result in immediate eviction without refund.

In winter the decks are not cleared, for your safety please do not access decks or try to clear the deck when it is full of snow.

No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
