This recently built, beautiful 1 bedroom cabin with a queen sleeping loft and 2 bathrooms will surprise you with its space for up to 6 people. There is so much to do when you make a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains, hiking, shopping, rafting, but it is always such a joy to come back, at the end of the day, to relax at Moondance Cabin. CABIN FEATURES: * For your comfort, the cabin occupancy is 6 people (max) * 1 Bedroom and a queen sleeping loft on separate levels * 2 Bathrooms * Bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bathroom with a bathtub shower (sleeps 2) – 1st Floor * Shared bathroom with a bathtub shower – 1st Floor * Queen sleeping loft features a queen-sized bed and a twin trundle bed (sleeps 3) – 2nd Floor * 2oz size soaps, shampoo and lotion provided in each bath * Electric queen air mattress (sleeps 2) * Linens / Towels Included (Pool Towels Not Provided) * Family room with a gas fireplace (gas is turned on seasonally) * Fully equipped kitchen * Dining Area * Large front porch * Private screened in back porch with hot tub * High Speed Wi-Fi * TV in the family room, bedroom, and loft * Stacked washer/dryer * A starter set of paper products are included (trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.) RESORT AMENETIES: * Easy entry pool, waterfall, and grotto (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) * Tennis court (you will need to bring own equipment and balls) * Basketball court (basketball provided and located at the court) * Fitness center – located at the pool area * Walking trail around the resort * Propane grills located throughout the community for your use (private grills not permitted) * Communal fire pit * Onsite maintenance and housekeeping for emergency services Please read before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 24 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Non-Pet Friendly Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. **Please note this property offers an outdoor communal. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00 We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. VERY IMPORTANT: No pets or Emotional Support Animals (ESA) allowed. Per federal law, only service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are allowed. ADA pets must adhere to all federal guidelines.
