Beautifully renovated villa with a lovely view of the golf course and, of course, the mountains! There are two bedroom suites (both with queen size beds), an open concept kitchen/dinette/living room area, two blow-up mattresses for those with 6 family members, and a private deck. Our spacious kitchen offers microwave, coffee maker, stove/oven, plenty of dining space. Curl up by the fireplace after a day of hiking. The propane logs offer a beautiful atmosphere during the winters. Great get-away for Spring, Summer, Fall and/or Winter! The owner is a full member of the country club which gives renters dining and golf privileges. Great for the ski season also since the villas are located about one mile from the ski lodge and off the main, paved access road. You will truly enjoy this beautiful villa any time of the year! A PASS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP AT A CHARGE OF $150 PAID DIRECTLY TO THE CLUB FOR ONE WEEK OF DINING AND/OR GOLF. GREEN AND CART FEES NOT INCLUDED. Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $75.00 / per dog - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 and equested for you to leave immediately - so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog. No Smoking / or vaping of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking / vaping are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 1 trash bag, dish detergent for dishwasher, 1 complimentary laundry soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 bath starter hand soap. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.
