Emerald Escape - NEW Pool Home

An ideally located home in the very popular gated Emerland Island Resort. One of the closest resort locations to Disney being a mere 3.5 miles away! The resort has two commual pools, one with a tiki bar, tennis courts, sauna, volley ball court, gym and a clubhouse. It is surrounded by woodland with a beautiful nature trail wandering through it.

The accommodation offers a key pad and lock box entrance. There is a nook table and four chairs leading to the kitchen, with dishwasher, hob/oven, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster and plentry of cookware. Dining table set for 6 guests leads off the kitchen. The lounge has a 55" flat screen smart TV with large sectional sofa and extra large chair. Patio doors lead to the pool deck. Master bedroom one has a king size bed, flat screen smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closest, patio doors leading to the pool deck, ensuite bathroom with shower/bath, toilet and sink and door leading to the pool deck. Bedroom two has a full size bed, flat screen smart tv, built in closet. Bedrooms three and four both have 2 twin beds, flat screen tv with Roku streaming and a built in closet. Family bathroom with shower/bath, sink and toilet. Laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. The games room is located in the garage and has a pool table, air hockey, foosball, highchair, strollers, travel cots and BBQ grill.

Outside the pool deck has two sets of table and chairs for 8 guests and 3 sun loungers, the pool has a child safety fence.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $30.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.
