This luxurious villa is very spacious at 2100 sq ft and comes with all modern amenities. Being set well back from US Hwy 27 it is peaceful and quiet with no noise from passing traffic. The villa is also on a gated community offering further security and peace of mind. There are tennis courts and a children's play area located on the community.

There are two master bedrooms, one having a king size bed and opening onto the pool area. The second has a queen size bed and both have en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and access to the family bathroom. All bed linen and towels are provided and all bedrooms have wardrobes and their own tv’s with dvd players in both twin rooms.

There is a fully equipped modern kitchen complete with a full size range (cooker), microwave, large fridge freezer with ice maker, full size dish washer, coffee maker, both electric kettle and stove top kettle, toaster and juicer with all crockery and cutlery provided.

The games rooms has a pool table, foosball table, darts and table tennis available. There is also a tv with Xbox.

The extended pool deck is the highlight of the villa. The pool itself measures 26 ft by 12 ft. Being south facing the secluded pool and spa get sunshine all year round and look out over a conservation area. There is a poolside shower for your convenience and eight sun loungers so enough for all guests. Some come with quality extra thick padded covers for your comfort.

There is privacy screening and also a safety net around the pool to safe guard small children. This can easily be removed if no children are present.

When it gets too hot there is a large covered lanai area with a table and chairs where you can seek some refuge in the shade and maybe enjoy a coffee or refreshing glass of wine. There is also a large fan here to help keep you cool.

As the sun goes down it’s a great time to turn on the pool lights and enjoy a drink or even have a meal out here.
Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: This home has a private pool - Pool Heat is available and is $30.00 / per day - must be requested and paid for in advance to your stay. (Depending on the weather - temperature of pool could vary) Please inquire in advance.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.

Supplies – Each property is equipped with only a starter toilet paper and hand soap. Any additional supplies needed the guest will be responsible for.

BBQ Grill: is available for an additional $70.00 / per stay - must request for this in advance.
