Spacious, open layout and pool relaxation!

This 5 bed, 4 bathroom home is a home away from home. The home has a fully equipped kitchen with updated stainless steel appliances, dining area and breakfast nook . This spacious home has tile and vinyl plank flooring throughout. The large family room has a large flat screen TV with direct access to the pool area through the french patio doors. The home features 2 master suites with ensuite bathrooms both with queen beds. The primary master has a walk in shower, garden tub and dual sinks. The 2nd master ensuite features a shower tub combo and vanity. Both master suites have direct access to the pool area. There are three additional bedrooms, one has a queen sized bed with bathroom located adjacent, the other two bedrooms each have two twin beds and share the fourth bathroom. The pool area is quiet and relaxing offering alot of privacy and provides a perfect spot for soaking up some of that Florida sun or cool off under the covered lanai.

Florida law - guests are required to complete registration documents, as you would for any standard lodging situation. Please note - as is standard in the vacation home rental industry, additional fees apply to pool heating. Please inquire about this add-on if the option is of interest.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee of $40.00 / per day - minimum of 3 nights. As is standard in the vacation home rental industry, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $150 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
