Only 400 meters from our world-famous beach, where you can play in the sun during the day and have a bonfire while watching the sunset. Experience award-winning golf at nearby Seascape or The Links Golf Club. Enjoy a scenic walk or run along the beach boardwalk. Take the low-speed vehicle to the beach, shopping, or restaurants located just a block away. The large heated pool is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

The pool is heated from November to March.

Four beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver.)

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed.

Check-out – 10 AM (Central)
Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fine of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided.

PET POLICY This property is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs, provided they are well-trained. A $350 flat pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog(s) during their stay. Please note that if pets are not declared prior to booking, an additional non-refundable charge may apply. To avoid this, please ensure all pet details are shared before travel. Please inquire for any special circumstances or exceptions.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

This home is pet-friendly, so your furry companions are welcome to join you. Please note that an additional pet fee applies to cover extra cleaning and care. Be sure to contact our team for fees and additional information prior to booking so we can ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
