Outside, enjoy the seasonally heated neighborhood pool next to a cornhole court and picnic area.

Take the low-speed vehicle to the beach, shops, or nearby restaurants. Stroll or run along the beach boardwalk, or play award-winning golf at Seascape or The Links Golf Club. You’re perfectly located near Destin’s nightlife, fishing, shopping, and more.

You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.

The home is provided with one low-speed vehicle. (Driver must be over 25 years old and sign waiver)

We include four lightweight beach chairs for you to bring to the beach.

Small Dogs may be allowed so please inquire as to our pet fee and policy for your
fur babies.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet. Cable TV is not available here, but the apps will provide you with thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.

No RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles are allowed.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions are provided. It is the guest's responsibility to provide any additional items needed.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

PET POLICY This property is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs, provided they are well-trained. A $350 flat pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog(s) during their stay. Please note that if pets are not declared prior to booking, an additional non-refundable charge may apply. To avoid this, please ensure all pet details are shared before travel. Please inquire for any special circumstances or exceptions.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
