• Kitchen & Dining: The fully stocked kitchen features updated appliances, including a Vitamix blender, waffle maker, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Whether you're brewing coffee with the Cuisinart coffee maker or grilling outside, everything you need is at your fingertips. Gather around the dining table with seating for 5, or enjoy a meal outdoors on the patio.

• Outdoor Space: Embrace the great outdoors with our inviting outdoor space. Grill up some steaks, unwind on the comfortable patio furniture, or gather around the propane fire pit in Adirondack chairs. After a day of adventure, relax in the brand-new private hot tub while soaking in the peaceful forest surroundings.

• Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for your comfort. Each features a new Tuft & Needle Queen-sized bed, luxurious linens, and serene views. The master bedroom includes a flat-screen TV with Apple TV and a view of the front deck. The second bedroom offers calming views of the forest and back patio. Both rooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combo, as well as a full-sized washer and dryer.

• Pet Policy: Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! All dogs need to be approved by the homeowner - some restrictions apply. Non-Refundable dog fee applies $35.00 per pet, per day - maximum 2 dogs. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500.00 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog. This fee will be collected post-booking! Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
