The open living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are ideal for large gatherings. Balconies off the living room and the 2nd-floor front bedroom. We offer discounts on bicycles, scooters, and golf carts. Our concierge can arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips, and other services before your visit or during your stay. *Check-In – 4 PM (Central) *Check Out – 10 AM (Central) Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. *Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. Additional amenities are the guest's responsibility to purchase. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs.2 dogs max. 50 lbs max. $350 flat fee collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s). This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
