This energy-efficient "Earth Cents" home includes a 2-car garage, community pool, paved driveway, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen & baths, two sets of built-in bunk beds, hardwood flooring, porcelain tile, and crown molding. The open living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are ideal for large gatherings. Balconies off the living room and the 2nd-floor front bedroom. Our concierge can arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips, and other services before your visit or during your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
*Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. Additional amenities are the guest's responsibility to purchase.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
