The bedroom hosts a queen bed, & a flat screen TV with streaming service apps for entertainment. The bathroom has a beautifully hand-crafted walk-in shower perfect to reset and revive. We provide fluffy towels and all bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner & body wash) that outdo even the best of “cowboy baths.” A quaint, open concept space perfect for morning coffee or evening entertaining. Whether you’ve got a hankering for ordering in or a home cooked meal, this space provides the basics. The perfect spot to kick your boots up, enjoy a movie on the flatscreen TV, or play a selection of provided board games. The sofa pulls out into a full-size bed to level up your relaxation or to accommodate a couple additional guests. Retreat to the deck for an evening of star gazing or s’more cooking! This property is located on a beautiful Hill Country 1.4 acres. The outdoor private space is equipped with a firepit and picnic table. (Please check to see if there is a burn ban in effect before using the fire pit.) There are 4 additional shipping container cabins available on the property to accommodate larger groups if needed. The outdoor shared space offers a charcoal grill/smoker and outdoor games. There is also ample parking for your group, whether large or small. Bedroom Layout: 1-Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, sleeps 4 Bedroom 1: One Queen Bedroom (2 guests) Living Room: Sofa Bed (2 guests) Please read before booking! Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction. Pet Policy: **Dogs Welcome! Two dogs maximum. $75 Non-Refundable dog fee applies. No Pit Bulls. Please note without prior knowledge to Love rentals there will be a minimum of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000 so please ensure you advise us BEFORE you travel. Dog owners accept full responsibility for the dog.
