Bearadise is a cute two-bedroom with a loft, one bath cabin located in the great Alpine Lake Resort area, sleeping up to six (6) people. Upon arriving, spend some time enjoying the quiet, wooded area on the covered front porch or head on in to be welcomed by the beautiful stone platform featured in the living room. This area is a great spot for all your family and friends to spend time playing games, reading, or simply enjoying each other's company. Don’t forget the full kitchen where you can serve up a delicious home cooked meal for all to enjoy. Peak around and you’ll find a hallway that leads to two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed, as well as a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo unit. Upstairs you will find a cozy loft area with two twin beds and plenty of room to hang out, send the kids up while the adults enjoy the beautiful star-filled sky from the back deck all the while thinking this must be what Bearadise feels like. While staying at Bearadise you will have access to the amenities offered at the resort such as the heated indoor pool, fitness center, and restaurant. Want to be outside in nature? Alpine has you covered with hiking and biking trails, a stocked lake for fishing, a beach area, kayaks and canoes, basketball court, 18-hole golf course, mini golf, and more. This home is located minutes away from several state parks, cross country ski trails, and is within close proximity to the Wisp Resort and Canaan Valley area. Enjoy all the activities that this area has to offer including whitewater rafting and downhill skiing. You won't want to miss the waterfalls at Swallow Falls State Park or the beauty of the Cranesville Swamp. The town of Oakland is located within 10 minutes and features several restaurants and a quaint downtown shopping area. Important Notes: No A/C Currently no washer/dryer access Main floor fire place currently does not work. This cabin is not pet friendly. No smoking. Please park only in the gravel area (not in the grass), 2-3 cars will fit. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 penalty fee. Supplies - please note the property only comes equipped with linens, wash clothes, towels and dishes. All other supplies including; dish soap, sponge, shampoo, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are NOT provided. The guest will need to supply their own during the entire stay.
