Pool heat must be requested 3 days before arrival** Please read below before booking: Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be the card holder and be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. Only spa heat is available $75.00 per day - and must be paid for entire stay. We do have a pool - but this can not be heated. This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay. If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
