The spacious interior sleeps four (4) guests comfortably with one (1) queen sized bed and one (1) sleeper sofa. You are provided one (1) dedicated parking stall with additional guest parking should you have visitors. Amenities include a fully stocked kitchen to prepare on-site meals, in-unit washer & dryer, community pool and gym for keeping up with your training schedule while on vacation. But the best part of this property is the private beachfront location that allows guest access to crystal clear blue water and a white sandy beach for relaxation or ocean activities. **Alert - please be aware that the building is going through renovations and may impact your stay. Private beach access directly in front of the property, which is a great option for swimming, snorkeling or just sunbathing and letting the stress wash away. During the winter months (Nov-Feb), seven miles of North Shore beaches host a variety of surfing competitions with waves getting as big as 30 feet high or bigger. Surfing waves at this size should be left to the professionals but spending the day with your family and friends watching the competitions are an experience you will not soon forget. If you are looking for a day trip, the Polynesian Cultural Center is an 8-minute drive and will allow you to explore a 42-acre adventure park detailing the rich heritage of the Pacific Islands. Otherwise, you can drive a little further (38 minutes) and explore the Historic Haleiwa Beach Town with restaurants, art galleries, shopping, and local souvenir shops. Just a short drive in the opposite direction (14 minutes), Kualoa Ranch hosts a variety of activities such as movie tours, horse back riding, mountain biking and ziplining to name a few. You truly have access to activities for everyone in the family. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense. Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.  The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000 in real property protection.  Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
