The formal dining area features a beautiful stained table with seating for six, complemented by numerous windows that showcase the landscaped property and mountain views. Step out onto the lanai, where you'll find additional seating options to enjoy the outdoors. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views, along with an attached full bathroom. The second bedroom includes a full-sized bed and access to a second full bathroom. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are also provided in the unit. Just a short walk away, you'll find a resort-style pool with ample sundeck space and loungers, as well as a hot tub, tennis courts, and a fully equipped workout room. The community BBQ area is just steps from your door, making it easy to enjoy a delicious meal outdoors. In addition to these amenities, A-Bay Beach is a short distance away, along with a variety of dining options and retail shopping outlets. As an added bonus, a premium golf discount package is available upon request.
