Step back into the 17 Hundreds with all the conveniences of Modern Day. This one of a kind home sits on 40 acres, with a pond and barn. The kitchen has custom shaker cabinets and a soap stone farm sink! Do not miss your chance to visit this piece of history. • Very Historic built in 1780 • One Room has 8 Twin Beds for Kids :) • 2 Game Room Areas • Small Pond your welcome to fish • Perfect place for a family reunion! • Can sleep 22 People!! • Explore the Vintage Barn all the creaks and quarks of the original build way back in the day! The cabin has been beautifully restored and is set on a very private dead end road. Multiple hang out areas between the 2 cabins but connected via a breezeway. Only 45 Minutes to State College **Note you may hear some interstate noise as 80 is not to far away. ***ALSO NOTE: You may hear gun shots from time to time, don't be alarmed, a shooting range is nearby. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $200.00 / per day. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, sponge, dish detergent tablet, dish rags, and bath essentials. But please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. **Please note: this home is equipped with a security camera outside for the protection of home & safety of our guests. In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, LoveRentals applies a Limited Property Protection Plan to every reservation for your peace of mind. The fee of $75 covers up to $2,500 in limited accidental damages. Exceptions include but are not limited to acts of God, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
