Upstairs there are two rooms with one king bed and one room with one queen bed. This home features a large kitchen with a large dining table and separate breakfast nook to seat the whole family. There is a large livingroom with plenty of seating. Off street parking for your guests. Access to an outdoor hot tub and a large covered outdoor BBQ area for use in the winter. There is also a folding roll away bed that can be used in the living room downstairs. Walking distance to Kings Beach shops and restaurants. A short drive to Crystal Bay, Nevada, Host to four casinos. Nice corner lot. Located near skiing/summer recreation. Just minutes from shopping, swimming & skiing. We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase. The house is also 1/2 a block from a 250,000 acre forest.
