Enjoy easy access to nearby places like Oaklawn Racetrack & Casino or the Big Chill Bar and Grill. The Hot Springs Convention Center can be found right off of bathhouse row located on Central Avenue. Don't forget to visit our wax museum, Maxwell Blade's Theater of Magic, and of course a visit to the bathhouses themselves. If you would like to take home some free Hot Springs Spring water then remember to bring some gallon containers and be ready to use them when you stop by our historic Jug Fountain. Visitors from all around the world have been drinking this water therapeutically since the 1880's with many today still believing it to have a supernatural ability to heal. After you have walked around bathhouse row and experienced some of the fun things to do at the shops and in the park, we suggest perhaps visiting the kid friendly alligator farm nearby, or perhaps a romantic drive to the top of West Mountain for a stunning overlook of the entire city instead. If you love the outdoors we definitely have to suggest the brand new walking and biking trails just around the corner. To find them, simply stay on Central Ave. as you go all the way to the end of bathhouse row. Once you get to the loop simply stay straight. You are now on famous Park Avenue in the historic district. Continue driving about half a mile until you see the second gas station. Once you see the Shell on the right slow down and make a left on Pullman Ave. directly across the street. As you turn you will notice the bike shop directly on the corner. Now would be the perfect time to rent some mountain bikes before you continue driving straight. Once you see the Methodist Church veer left at the fork. If you stay straight you will see the stop sign. Simply stay straight and drive all the way to the end of what is now Westbrook Rd. Congratulations, for you have just discovered some of the best hidden walking and riding trails in all of Hot Springs. Take time to familiarize yourself with the map and look for Pullman trail. This is your current location. Fun fact.....These trails were installed by the International Mountain Bicycling Association's Trail Solutions crew just a few years back. It just so happens that they were the very first guests at 102 Edwards. Three months later they had done an excellent job and after saying goodbye I discovered that "Dillon Lake" was named in appreciation of one of the property's owners to say thank you. Although completely unexpected I definitely felt incredible honored. It's just another reason Pullman trail is so special to me. I hope you've enjoyed this place as much as I have.
