Azure 211 is a spacious and fully furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath, Gulf front luxury condominium with expansive beach and pool views. This 2nd-floor condo is perfect for the breathtaking views of the gulf and allows privacy from the pool deck and water park but low enough to see the beautiful attributes that Azure has to offer. Come relax and enjoy our luxurious yet comfortable home on the beach. Just around the corner you will find a variety of activities for kids of all ages from the Boardwalk to The Gulfarium to Wild Willy's Adventure Zone. Azure condominium offers many amenities including over 515 feet of emerald, green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, fully equipped exercise room, private covered and gated parking, two gulf front swimming pools with large deck area, 2 spas and children's spray park. No Pets Allowed: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000. **Please note this property offers an outdoor & indoor communal pool and hot tub. **Please note this property's parking can only accommodate 2 vehicles. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo / conditioner (starter pack size). The kitchen will have one roll of paper towel, dish towel, one trash bag, dish washing liquid, and dish washing detergent. The property is also supplied with starter pack of coffee, and sweetener. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
