This complex is fenced and gated, with a heated pool, hot tub, splash pad & outdoor grilling area. Please note: There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit. These are complex management rules, no exceptions. There is close-by, off-site parking available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 miles) for a fee. Guests will need to contact the Geronimo RV Park for their availability and pricing, and this would be best done in advance. No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $500.00 penalty fee. We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - each bathroom has one roll of toilet paper, hand soap, and shampoo / conditioner (starter pack size). The kitchen will have one roll of paper towel, dish towel, one trash bag, dish washing liquid, and dish washing detergent. The property is also supplied with starter pack of coffee, and sweetener. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need. We only provide things to get you started. Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
